Step 1: Open the map

Open the map you are looking for the properties.

Step 2: Open properties dialog

In the map you can right click and then press properties or press ALT+ENTER.

Step 3: Find X, Y, Z properties

Here you will find the X Y and Z properties to enter into the the map switch generator.

Step 4: Enter the info into mapswitch tool

Enter the info that matches the example below.
