Upon successful email verification, please allow a processing time of 5 minutes to 24 hours for us to share the files or deliver the product to you. Please note that weekends are not included in the delivery timeline. We appreciate your patience during this period.

If our software does not support your specific request, a full refund will be issued after investigating the issue. If the issue is found to be due to the end user, corrections may be allowed depending on the case.
